I help people who feel stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, burnout, or overwhelm learn to break this cycle and feel more confident and self- compassionate.

My clients struggle as you do.  Despite being smart, driven, and supportive and compassionate to all those around them life feels hard. When they first come in they feel anxious and full of self-doubt.  They feel they are constantly second guessing themselves and overthinking nearly everything.

They feel like they are always doing too much, yet never doing enough at the same time.  Stuck in a cycle of trying to care for themselves, but then feeling selfish or guilty when they try to. They feel like guilt constantly holds them back any time they try to do something for themselves or set boundaries with others. Their self-doubt and worry gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways.  They aren’t the kind of person they want to be. They feel like they’re failing as a partner, friend, or professional.  And their confidence in themselves is tanking.

Before they came to see me, they felt overwhelmed, burned out, and anxious. 

Unsure if they can really ever find time for a break, let alone balance or ease!  At the same time, they worried that telling a stranger their problems would result in just “one more thing to do” and not really help.  And they were pretty certain their struggles are not “serious” enough for therapy and think “so many people have it worse than me who am I to complain?”
